3.2 Nothing Depletes You: The Energy Flow in No‑Mind

3.2 Nothing Depletes You: The Energy Flow in No‑Mind

【The Function of the Deep Sea】
We often say, "I need rest," because we believe work, socializing, and chores "drain" our life. Yet Self‑Nature is like the sun---shining on all things without losing its light; like the ocean---churning for eons without losing a drop. In the state of No‑Mind, energy is not "used up" but "flows through."

【Embodied Practice】
Practice: Transform your speech.

Instead of saying, "This is exhausting,"

feel instead: "This is happening through me."

When you stop resisting the present task---when you cease rushing to "finish so I can rest"---you'll find inner friction vanishes. You enter a state of "moving yet unmoving": the body acts, but the heart rests at the bottom of the Deep Sea---this is working in No‑Mind.

【Ultimate Guidance】
Life does not need to be "transcended"---

it only needs to be fully lived.

When you stop seeing daily life as an obstacle,

you realize:

Sweeping is Zen, cooking is offering, speaking is Dharma.

All this is naturally perfected only in No‑Mind.

Closing of Chapter
Practice without practicing; attain without seeking;
Everyday activity is the Way---every step, a lotus.
