4.1 Flow: The Miracle When "I" Withdraws

4.1 Flow: The Miracle When "I" Withdraws

【Insight】
Modern psychology venerates "Flow" as the pinnacle of focus. Yet in the path of liberation through Self‑Nature, Flow is the natural result of No‑Mind---when the thought "I" withdraws, action synchronizes perfectly with the cosmic energy current.

【Reality】
Peak creators often experience a sense of "non‑doing" at their highest moments: the pen seems to move itself, the ball seems to find the net. This is because, in that instant, the wave (action) fully aligns with the current of the ocean (energy)---this is creation in No‑Mind.

【Embodied Practice】
When facing a complex presentation or a tough problem, try to drop the obsession of "I must solve this." First, take a deep breath and return to the "Background." Silently say, "Let the energy of Self‑Nature manifest through me." Then, simply follow the sensation in your fingertips and intuition. You'll be amazed by the precision and speed---a wisdom from the Deep Sea, bypassing mental calculation. This is precisely the functioning of No‑Mind.
