7.2 The Birth of Illness: How "Mind at Work" Solidifies Energy into Form

7.2 The Birth of Illness: How "Mind at Work" Solidifies Energy into Form

【Insight】
One of humanity's most fundamental cognitive inversions is the belief:
"Because a part of my body is 'sick first,' I am then able to perceive it."

This is a complete illusion. The truth is precisely the opposite.

【Reality】
The energy of Self‑Nature is inherently flowing, transparent, and unobstructed.

The essence of illness is the sustained focus of "mind at work"---a thought arises and locks onto a location, attention becomes imprisoned, "freezing" this flowing energy within the illusion of bodily coordinates.

The process unfolds thus:

  1. Thought Arises & Focus: An unconscious thought arises: "There's some soreness/pain/discomfort here." Mind at work begins;
attention is drawn to it, beginning to observe, evaluate, and identify with this sensation.

  2. Energy Solidifies: Once attention (the light of consciousness) dwells, the life‑energy that should flow through that area slows, stagnates, and solidifies under this "stagnant illumination." It is like flowing water freezing in the cold.

  3. Formation of Appearance: The solidified energy manifests as specific sensations: soreness, numbness, distension, pain. This is the initial, reversible "clot of energy."

  4. Escalation of Appearance: If the focus of mind at work does not cease, the solidification intensifies. As the energy frequency further lowers and density increases, it manifests as more solid pathological phenomena: inflammation, hyperplasia, nodules, tumors.

【Ultimate Law】
It is not "illness exists first, then is perceived."

It is "first comes the solidification by 'mind at work,' then energy manifests as the appearance of illness."

The body never actively "falls ill." It merely, passively and truthfully, manifests the state of energy solidified by your focus of consciousness (mind at work).

【Instant Healing through No‑Mind】
Therefore, the direction of healing is crystal clear: reverse the solidification process of 'mind at work,' return to the flowing state of No‑Mind.

  1. Awareness of the Focal Point: When discomfort arises, immediately recognize: "My 'mind at work' is performing an 'energy solidification' operation at such‑and‑such location."

  2. Withdraw Identification and Attention: Gently yet firmly withdraw your participation in this "solidification process." Cease analyzing, resisting, or defining it. Simply abide in that 'No‑Mind' background which knows without involvement.

  3. Allow Energy to Flow Back: When you cease focusing (return to No‑Mind), the solidified energy loses its sustained external "illumination" and "shaping." Following its inherent nature, it will automatically dissolve, thaw, and return to the cycle of the life‑stream under the warmth of Self‑Nature's light.

Once energy resumes its flow, all "symptomatic appearances" manifested by it lose their foundation, like ice melting into water.
